ElevateX wants you to be happy with your purchases. We accept a return or exchange of your order (or some items of the order) within ten days after delivery of the order. We request you to accompany your return along with the original receipt. The Tags on the product must be originally intact and the product in an unused condition. The refund process for your order will be initiated once the return/exchange has been delivered to our warehouse. We will refund your due order amount in the form of Credit in your ElevateX account for your future shopping with us.
You will get the money in the same account / card within same-day from our side, in a worst-case 2-4 working days.
We understand that you may change your mind or wish to modify an order after you have placed it. We request you to please connect with our Customer Support Team so that they can accommodate your request and make the necessary changes to your order. Exceptions to Request: We cannot accommodate cancellations/modifications if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse In case of modification, the requested product in place of the ordered product is available In case of customization orders, the same is not already in process Please note that order modification is independent of the fact that you may have bought the product during the promotion. In case of pre-paid orders, the excess amount that you paid will be refunded to you in the form of Credited to your ElevateX account.
