A custom mobile application was developed for ITC’s Affairs team to support the tracking, monitoring, and documentation of enforcement raids aimed at curbing the illegal distribution of counterfeit cigarettes. The app enabled field teams to capture critical raid details in real time, including location data, evidence, observations, and outcomes, ensuring accurate and structured reporting from the ground.

The platform provided centralized visibility into ongoing and completed operations, allowing stakeholders to monitor progress, analyze trends, and maintain a comprehensive digital record of enforcement activities. Designed for ease of use and reliability in field conditions, the application significantly improved coordination, accountability, and data accessibility across teams.
