Fiama Web Application

A custom web-based application was developed for Fiama to streamline distributor (DS) operations and improve visibility across assigned outlets. The platform enables DS users to securely log in using their unique DS ID, providing access to a personalized dashboard that displays a complete list of outlets mapped under them. This ensured better organization, transparency, and ease of management for on-ground teams.

In addition, the application enabled DS users to store and manage their UPI IDs directly within the platform, creating a reliable and structured data repository. The solution improved operational efficiency, reduced manual dependency

Impact : Simplified distributor operations by centralizing outlet visibility and UPI management, improving efficiency, accuracy, and on-ground execution.
