A large-scale nationwide visual merchandising changeover was executed for Givenchy, covering a total of 2,000 sq. ft. of fabric and translite prints. The scope included complete RECCE, high-quality printing, and precise installation across multiple retail locations. Despite the complexity and scale, the project was delivered within an accelerated 4-day timeline, ensuring minimal disruption to store operations.

The rapid execution enabled a seamless brand transition while maintaining Givenchy’s refined visual language and premium standards across all locations. Consistency in design, color accuracy, and finish was upheld PAN-India, resulting in a cohesive and elevated in-store presence that aligned perfectly with the brand’s global identity.
